  • Deployment of over £50m of equity and debt to acquire student HMOs in 9 UK cities. JV ultimately over funded and achieved acquisition of c.300 houses.

  • Sourcing, modelling and acquisition of all properties including management of conveyancing process.

  • Full planning confirmation legitimisation strategy signed off.

  • Planning and execution of asset management across all properties including over £7m in refurbishment spend and £3m in ESG investment including full Solar PV and battery rollout and insulation and ventilation works.

  • Set up of full management platform and processes, since transferred to a third party after reaching scale.

Key information

  • Capital Deployed - £80m in equity and debit inclusive of refurb and ESG works

  • Refurb Commitment - £7m

  • All properties refurbished within investment hold period to high-end brand standards

  • Senior debt achieved on the portfolio

  • Portfolio stabilised
